We are a boutique law firm dedicated to transitioning clients through their divorce or other family law matters. We want to help you transition into a fresh start and the best way to do that is by being well informed. We understand that family law issues can be extremely stressful and unpredictable and that there is no “one size fits all” approach. By actively listening to our client’s concerns we analyze and develop a unique legal strategy for each case. While going to court, trial and traditional litigation may be what one client’s matter requires others may require a more collaborative approach utilizing mediation and settlement conferences. Moreover, a divorce involving complex property or businesses will be treated differently than a basic modification of child support or alimony. Although we always encourage clients to settle cases outside of the courtroom, we are also prepared to fight for our clients inside the courtroom.
